1. Recruiter Credits

Credits purchased or added to your Kaamkaaz account are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Credits must be utilized within the platform for posting jobs or accessing premium services.
• Once a job is successfully published and credits are deducted, the transaction is final.

2. Failed Transactions

If you experience an issue while adding credits to your account:

• Auto-Refund: If a top-up transaction fails but money is deducted from your bank account, it will automatically be refunded by the payment gateway.
• Timeline: These auto-refunds typically reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Disputes & Exceptions

We understand that exceptions may arise. In the event of a severe dispute regarding platform services:

• How to Report: Users may raise a ticket via the "Report Problem" screen within the app for admin review.
• Discretion: Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of Kaamkaaz administration.
• Resolution: We aim to review and respond to disputes within 5 business days.
